“Great stay on Chicago river front”
My trip was mixed business and fun. The convention center was very accommodating within the hotel. Excellent location and view. Friendly staff. Clean and comfortable. Great restaurants and bar in the hotel. Yards away from the river walk.

“Serenity Inn”
I had a lovely stay at Serenity Inn. The location is great—quiet yet close to downtown. My room was spacious and clean, with a comfy bed. “Solid 4 night business stay”
Quiet rooms, excellent pillows & mattress. Disappointed no freezer section in room fridge and no in-room microwave but there are some public ones down by Market. Elevators very quick, convenient location to nearby restaurants and sites.

Just stayed at Chicago Hyatt Regency for a conference. It was just ok. I would expect a higher level of service and amenities for the price. I used their online checkin and checkout. “Good hotel but staff can improve”
Overall stay was nice except that front desk staff are liars and don’t explain everything to the patrons. I had gone for convention, so no complaints. Hotel was clean, maintained. Restaurant had good options for food including vegetarian.
