“Great Hyatt place in Chicago”
Friendly staff in the front desk! I received a text from the hotel management making sure everything was OK with my stay. The only issue I had was with the breakfast line and not finding anywhere to seat. Other than that I highly recommend this hotel!

“Excellent hotel!”
I love this hotel. The reception staff is welcoming, friendly, and helpful. The location is fabulous and very pretty, as the couple of blocks right there are all decorated with little white lights. “Love Hyatt Hotels!”
I love staying in Hyatt Hotels. As a kid, my dad would always book us there in the 1980s. As an adult I book there and still enjoy the luxury. Breakfast was garbage....I'm sorry... I said it. Eggs were fake, sausage was some kind of smoked sausage. Hyatt can do so much better.
