“Very good hotel for the Chicago marathon”
Great location, good amenities, friendly staff, and no hiccups. We stayed over marathon weekend and the location was perfect in relation to the start-line for runners as well as course for spectators. “Very comfortable and welcoming River North hotel.”
Very large bedroom and bathroom and comfortable beds. Big TV - fridge and large couch! The front desk staff was most welcoming. The hotel and rooms were very clean, and the included breakfast was hot and cold and many choices. Occupied the second floor and was never bothered by any street noise.

“Good location very average property.”
Disappointed with the property though front desk was kind and understanding. Clean towels weee not provided when hotel asked what housekeeping was needed.
