“Great stay”
Nice and clean rooms. Patricia the cleaning lady was great. And also extra positive feedback to Richard the concierge. Excellent service. We had a conference with around 30 people. Everything went flawless. The staff are really helpful.

“Great service but short staffed”
Great hotel with extremely friendly and helpful staff. We were there on a Thursday and Friday night and there were not enough bartenders to support the number of customers. The bartenders were running trying to keep up with the demand. They definitely need more help. But kudos to the bartenders … more

“Great downtown stay!!”
Had an absolutely amazing time! The location is great, I love that the place is very clean. Linda and the rest of the front desk staff were very helpful, attentive, and kind, they were also very professional, which is hard to find these days. I would definitely stay again.

“Club Maxwell disappointing”
Hotel is clean. Bed is very comfortable. Staff great. Club Maxwell is not worth the money. You can get water or sodas anytime and breakfast is almost as good as most Residence Inn's. No cocktail hour or afternoon snacks. For Autograph hotel very disappointing
