“Simply Excellent”
Nice rooms,charming historic building,Every interaction with staff I had was exemplary,especially Robyn at the front desk,very helpful and nice people.nice free breakfast and coffee/tea/chocolate area.Convenient valet service.Great value for the location.

“First time In Chicago”
The hotel staff were was great, especially Robyn who was friendly and very helpful with our first trip to Chicago. The room was very spacious, clean, and comfortable. We would definitely stay at t to his hotel again and recommend it for fellow travelers.

“Don't Arrive at Theatre Starting or Ending Time!”
It was a bit confusing as you entered the building into a secondary door into a hallway with elevators. If an attendant was not present it might not be apparent where to go. Also, arriving at theatre time is not the best time to try to get a valet to park your car ( $65 per night). All that said,… more

“Great place with one big issue”
One night stay for a Pearl Jam concert @ Wrigley. Parking is always a pain.
