“Very Nice Location”
Very nice hotel that sits one building over from the Hancock tower. Which is a prime location to explore downtown Chicago. The lake is also 2 blocks away. The lobby was small but nice. “Not what it used to be”
Let me start by saying the staff at the hotel are amazing from the front desk to security to the engineer and housekeeping which we had experiences with them all.
