“My favorite place to stay”

This hotel is a favorite of mine and my children. We have been coming to the hotel for over 20 years, and we continue to visit. Jordan and Myra, the front desk staff are amazing. “Almost perfect”

Everything was perfect, except for the fact that the hotel's wifi system was out of service for three out of four days for European laptops. Yes, guests at Embassy Suites By Hilton Chicago Downtown have highlighted that: This hotel is a favorite of mine and my children. We have been coming to the hotel for over 20 years, and we continue to visit. Jordan and Myra, the front desk staff are amazing. They have the best customer service. When you check in ask for one of them. the night staff its always one young lady who does an amazing job keeping up with the demands of the guest. She should be acknowledged by the staff here. I gave her flowers before I checked out. She earned them. I hear people making false complaints about the staff. The front desk, bellman, breakfast staff, security, house keeping all the reason I continue to visit this property. Never had an issue
