The hotel is Nicely designed in a great central location of downtown Chicago, and close to many attractions and shopping venues. The room is very clean and well maintained.The staff at the front desk are so nice and friendly specially Antonio who was very interactive at check in time . Also check out was a breeze with Brittany. The hotel has a nice restaurant and market place. I Highly recommend this hotel!

“Nice place”

Room was spacious and comfortable. Staff friendly. Good location Parking is very expensive 62.00 per night. Breakfast was 30.00 bucks per person for mediocre food at best. Way better food across the street at the bar. It was also more budget friendly at the bar.

Double tree Hilton was a very interesting experience . The rooms are huge , I mean really spacious . The location was quiet and very organized. You can walk to the pubs and eateries just a few minutes away and it is really well planned. there is a huge parking space and extra paid parking is available . the meeting room was also really big and met the demands of the group. There is a nice grill with nice menus and breakfast provided was a variety and standard.

I really enjoyed this hotel on visit to Chicago with my friend. It seems well kept and attractive. I really enjoyed this hotel on visit to Chicago with my friend. It seems well kept and attractive. It has a little restaurant near the lobby that has tasty pickup items as well as a sit down place which we did not try. Also a Starbucks. The beds were truly wonderful. Soft enough to sleep comfortably but firm enough to wake up relaxed. The bathroom was nice with a step-in tub shower and all was in working order. The very best part of my stay was that the day I checked out I lost my cell phone. I thought I lost it in the lobby but after Security got involved and watched the security tapes, it was discovered I had taken my phone to parking garage when we left. I knew my phone kept indicating it was still somewhere at the Doubletree so the kindest security officer went out of his way to walk to the garage and look around where I had parked-and found my phone next to where I had parked! Had he not gone out of his way to go there I would have been replacing a brand new phone. As it was, it had been run over multiple times but still somehow worked! So after a visit to the Apple Store for a new screen protector I was off to enjoy the rest of mytrip. While the hotel itself was a lovely experience, my experience with this Security employee elevated my trip experience and makes me a Doubletree customer for life. I will recommend this Chicago Doubletree over any others downtown and expect to receive the same level of professionalism at any Doubletree I stay in anywhere.
