“Overall Great Experience”
The morning breakfast offered was great. They had a good selection of food and drinks to choose from. Location was very close to the airport. The rooms were tidy, so my family and I slept well. However, the toilets did not have bidets, which I see as a minor hygiene issue.

“Convenient location”
We stayed here as we flew out of Buffalo airport recently. We stayed the night before our trip and the night we returned as well. We used the park and fly which was a great deal. “Not the cleanest!”
The hotel was under renovation. The elevator was filthy I realize you are renovating some of the rooms but the elevator is disgusting. The air conditioning was so noisy, you could hardly sleep. Very surprised to see the condition of this hotel as most Sleep Inns are very nice.

“Do better”
The hotel was okay. When we got to the room, everything was nice and clean looking. Until we started getting settled in. There were 2 full beds plus a sofa bed.
