“Husband's birthday celebration”
Celebrated my husband's birthday and it was a wonderful experience! Upscale with excellent service. Loved everything about it, except for having to leave! Bridgeman's Chophouse is always delicious and one of my favorite restaurants! Enjoyed the billiards room and the tour of Room 311.

“Feel special stay”
A beautifully appointed classic hotel feels like stepping back to a time when service mattered. If you want to feel special stay at the Read house hotel. Close to everything and easy to walk to many amenities including the river, aquarium and children’s museum.

“Lovely hotel”
This hotel is lovely. Clean, spacious and great staff. The bed was very comfortable and it was quiet. They went above and beyond by mailing me something I accidentally left in my room when I checked out. I highly recommend!! I will definitely stay here again.

“Perfection”
Absolutely gorgeous hotel. You must stay in one of the Tower rooms. The other Manor rooms are not upgraded yet. The pool area is fun and refreshing. Every aspect of this hotel is beautiful. We also did the Room 311 tour. Fun. Free, just tip the guide.

“Amazing stay”
I truly enjoyed the hotel and pool. I also visited the Chophouse restaurant. I had sea bass and their crab cakes were amazing. I recommend this to anyone who loves older hotels. The room decorations could have not been so modern. I loved the area also.
