The location is great! Right downtown and next to The Reed House. This is a great choice for money. “High school football state tournament”
The host, DALE, is the BEST! Acted like guests are really welcome and not "what the hell you doing here"...gracious, respectful..a real asset to HOTEL BO but would be a jewel in the marriott/sheraton organization....he did everything possible to accommodate our weird time line...and...HE DID IT!

Not bad outside is very dated and so are the bathrooms but all in all it is a decent room. Can be noisy in the mornings and after 10pm.
