We took a two week road trip and stayed in eight hotels. This was my favorite. It was located in a very convenient area, within walking distance of the river and lots of restaurants. The young woman who checked us in was very helpful and welcoming. It was a very short drive to Ruby Falls and Lookout Mountain made even easier by her instructions if we wanted to take the back road. There are a number of parking spaces so check in is very easy and the parking is right at the hotel. I liked the breakfast fine, but this was one of my husband's least favorites. I would definitely stay here again.

We stayed four nights here the first week in September. The people at the front desk were awesome! We loved the warm water in the indoor - outdoor pool and the lights at night. Breakfast was something to look forward to. We had a different type of meat each morning for four mornings. Every morning there was a huge white bowl with apples, oranges and bananas. There was plenty of hot coffee in the lobby and the water cooler had fresh orange slices ready each morning and afternoon. Perfect after an outing in this interesting city. Our room had plenty of outlets and charging stations for our devices. We really enjoyed the walk in shower. It was lovely. I would prefer a nozzle that can be removed because it was pretty high. Also, I have to wonder why with a two bed room there can't be a table lamp with separate light bulbs? The light has to stay on even if one person prefers to go to sleep and another wants more time to have the lamp on. Little bullet lights can solves this nicely. All in all, the location is excellent for enjoying many of the sights in downtown Chattanooga by walking. Parking is a real challenge here. There are parking lots with pay using a phone. We felt safe here and enjoyed our stay.

This hotel we were greeted very pleasantly by Tammee. Our room was great and easy to access. The workout room and breakfast room were very good. I especially liked the location to be able to walk along the Tennessee River. It was very close to the aquarium and other shops as well. It felt very safe. And front desk Karen went above and beyond with answers to my questions regarding nearby locations etc She is a true asset to this hotel.

“Nice enough but AVOID street facing rooms”

Our first night was in a room facing the street intersection, basically the room central in the photograph of the hotel. Street noise was intolerable. Our first night was in a room facing the street intersection, basically the room central in the photograph of the hotel. Street noise was intolerable. We moved to a different room facing inwards the next day, and the difference is dramatic and so much better. Our first room had a broken microwave, changed eventually, but with a long delay messing up room dinner plans. Second room had no water from the sink, but worked when I reached under to open a valve. Both rooms have very limited lighting. Bar in the lobby is nice, but really not much in the way of any food options or drinks for the room from the small food pantry.
