Front desk staff was friendly and efficient. Our room was very nice, large, had two closets, fridge and microwave snd was nicely appointed and modern and updated. Breakfast area was convenient and well stocked, indoor pool was clean and well cared for and the fitness area had a couple treadmills, an elliptical and dumbbells. Our stay was great and will return when in the area.

“Such a great place to stay!”

Such a great staff! They went above and beyond to make us happy. The breakfast was great. Best sausage gravy we’ve had in a long time. Close to Ruby Falls and Lookout Mountain. Fast food is within walking distance. Close to highway, but the traffic did not bother us at night.

Excellent stop.. clean and comfortable. Manager and staff were very pleasant and accommodating. Best pillows , comfortable beds, rooms are stocked with very nice linens for bathroom.Will definitely stop and stay next time when going through Chattanooga.

First, the hotel is very clean. We had no issues with cleanliness. Every single staff member we met was kind and helpful. Always a smile or a how are you? The room we had was large, with a good sized bathroom and full counter. There was a microwave and a fridge with a small freezer. Breakfast was eggs, sausage, bacon, cereal, some pastries, yogurt, fruit, or you can make a waffle at one of the waffle irons. The cons: the doors close themselves and they slam so hard that every single time someone on your floor goes in or out of their room, you know it. Even when you’re trying to sleep. There is not much drawer space if you need it. There is a good sized closet. The pool doesn’t open until 12, so if you want a swim after breakfast, you’re out of luck. It also closes at 10. Breakfast ends at the ridiculous time of 9am, so if you thought you might sleep a little late, you’re not. I had to get up at 7:45 to shower so my husband could shower, just for us to make it down at 8:30. We stayed on daylight savings weekend and that was really rough. It should be until 10, really. There is no housekeeping if you stay less than 3 nights. They say you can request it, but they’re already on the floor when you come out for breakfast. That means no one is emptying your trash, giving you fresh towels, or replenishing your toiletries. One of the perks of a hotel over air b&b is the daily housekeeping. Who doesn’t love to come back to a fresh made room? We had to go ask for toilet paper at the front desk. It was a decent stay, but it needs a few tweaks.
