“Must go once - no disappointment”
Exceptional service, clean and the dining was excellent. Carol C. was very helpful, accommodating and patient. After a very disappointing flight from Colorado with delays here and Texas both she and shuttle personnel made me feel much better.

“Staying near CLT”
We choose this hotel due to it s nice breakfast; turkey sausages and fresh berries with Greek yogurt hash browns, Nice pastries, a good variety. Rooms could be cleaner. Staff is nice and efficient. Very close to CLT and they do have an airport shuttle.

“Mixed bag!”
Stayed here for location near convention center. The property definitely needs a little love. It’s showing wear and tear, like scratches on floors, chipped tile, dinged up door frames, etc. Staff was very friendly, though.
