Was in town for a family function. This is. nice hotel. The room was prepared nicely. The front desk personal were very professional and check inn was quick and easy. They do offer a buffet breakfast that I felt was way overpriced for what is was. I would recommend asking for a room on an upper level. I was on the fourth floor and could hear the street noise then entire night. Our family members that were on the higher floors did not have the same problem. There are plenty of nice restaurants within walking distance. The Nascar Museum is directly across the street. I would stay here again and I would recommend this hotel to others.

So I’m going to write a very HONEST review because I booked this hotel based on the reviews and was somewhat disappointed. So book with this in mind. The front desk worker who’s name is Jeshua is absolutely awesome. He is charismatic and very helpful! The lobby was chill and clean. The hotel’s placement in the city is very convenient because it’s not too far from anything. I got my room and the AC was working perfectly. Nice and chill and if I wanted it hot, it got hot. So, now, I’ll get into things I didn’t like. I’m glad for my stay, but I expected it to be cleaner. The bedsheets were hard and grainy. The carpet had stains that I could still smell something from. The towels lacked laundry detergent and softener because I could still smell another person’s scent on them. There was make up stains on the walls from the previous guest still. The elevator’s wall was falling apart and it made me not want to ride it. The parking is $24 dollars a day and every time you leave, you have to pay again, even if it’s for 10 minutes. Vallet is $40 a day. I guess staying in the city is high in price for convenience however I didn’t get that “luxury feel” from this hotel. I would give this hotel 3 out of 5 stars however Jeshua saved the day with his presence. He deserves a raise.

Clean rooms and comfortable beds, good location to downtown and surrounding areas, easy to get in and out of. I chose my room # through the app but digital key didn’t work, in fact my room wasn’t ready even though I arrived 2 hrs after check in time, I was told unapologetically that I’d have to wait at least another hour or so, which I found unacceptable even more so the front desk’s attitude about the situation, like they couldn’t care any less and take it or leave it kind of attitude. Hopefully manage my can do something about that for future guests. Left a sour taste in this location, I will prob book some place else next time.
