“great valet!”
addison pitman with valet was friendly and efficient! great customer service. from the time of our arrival until checkout, he was a friendly face to see. he was professional as well and even helped us with our bags! very kind gesture that was much appreciated.

“GREAT STAY !”
Addison Pittman and Baler staff were amazing. Quick service, very helpful & even put bags in car and escorted them to our room as well. Would recommend this hotel and service to anyone. We enjoyed our stay, will definitely be back in the future.

“Great experience”
Addison was our valet when we arrived at the hotel and he also was there when we left the the hotel as well. He was very nice and professional. The Hilton is very lucky to have him representing their company. First impression is lasting impression and he does it well.

“NYE Stay”
My husband and i visited the Hilton Uptown Charlotte for NYE ans everything was wonderful! Easy check- in, clean and spacious room and great location. Also, the valet Addison Pittman, was quick, courteous and provided amazing overall service! Would definitely stay again!
