“A Nice Stay Aside From Some Annoyances”

Guests at Hampton Inn Phoenix Chandler say: We are frequent travelers in the media and we have recently started to include more local hotels on overnight visits. Recently we stayed at the Hampton Inn Phoenix/Chandler for an overnight stay. The location is near Chandler Blvd and Ray Road offers numerous dining options and is a short drive from the Mall as well as close proximity to the I-10 freeway. Check-in took a bit as they could not find the reservation even with my phone verification. The room was clean save for a dead fly on the phone and had a nice bed, bathroom, and desk area. The A.C. had peeled sticker debris making it hard to see the text by the buttons. There was a sports team in the hotel and loud noise was off and on through the night and an occasional smell of Marijuana in the halls. There was a breakfast and the lobby was very clean as was the pool and gym area. Checkout took some time as Housekeeping was staffing the desk and I had to wait for a desk clerk to return which took a bit as they were away. More care needed to be done on noise control and the check-in which was explained to me by the nice clerk at arrival due to a new system and only purchasing our Groupon two days prior.
