“Nice vintage hotel in a beautiful setting. ”
The room was clean and spacious with a small kitchen, The beds were very comfortable and the price was reasonable The staff was competent and gracious. Only cons are the single luggage cart is on its last legs and the breakfast room is very small. Beautiful location. Would stay here again.

We are frequent stayers at the hotel and have always enjoyed the courteous, professional staff, clean facilities and great location of the hotel. This time our stay was less than perfect unfortunately. We stayed for a whole week and did not receive any room service. I asked the maids and the front desk to replace the towels and take out the trash several times and only once did we get fresh towels. The lock to the exterior door of the building also only worked after 5 or more swipes which got aggravating after a while. Again, reported it to management and nothing was done to fix it during our stay.

“Not Awful, But Not Worth The Price”
I'll be honest and just say that I expected more from a Marriott Towneplace Suites. I knew it wouldn't be extravagant, but for the price, I was expecting more. I'll be honest and just say that I expected more from a Marriott Towneplace Suites. I knew it wouldn't be extravagant, but for the price, I was expecting more. Let me start by saying that there were no major problems during the stay. The staff that we saw was very nice, but the only time we saw any staff was at check in and check out. There are two separate buildings, so check-in was in one building and our room was in the other, with a parking lot between. There is very little signage for the hotel. It was very difficult to see any signed of the hotel from the road. After eventually finding it from the road, there were no signs pointing to the entrance, except for a small "Welcome" sign that was hidden by all of the vehicles. The security lock to the door in our building did not work and the door was completely unlocked so that anyone else could walk in. The first floor of our building smelled like weed the whole time we were there. The room was comfortable. The beds were very nice. The living area was very small. Again, not a big deal, but for the price they charge, I expected more. The entire place needs some TLC, sofa and carpet is very outdated. Refrigerator had dent in the door and the burners on the stove were not property sitting on the stove. There was a sock on the steps that I saw when we checked in, and it was still there when we checked out the next morning. It was mostly quiet, except the group above us must have been jumping around, we could hear them until about 11:30 one night. I don't want to paint this place as being awful, because it wasn't awful. I don't think I would stay again, unless I was in a pinch. Mostly, when I pay what we paid to stay, I expected a little more. Just also note, there was not much around the hotel as far as restaurants, etc. For me, it wasn't a big deal, but you're not within walking distance of much, at least not that I could see. Again, it wasn't awful. You could do MUCH worse, but for the money, you could probably do better too.

“A bit past its “Sell By” date”

I’ve stayed here a couple of times while in town for meetings. It’s priced relatively low for the area, and it’s not horrible. The staff is friendly and the rooms are clean. The bed is comfortable enough. However, the place was built in ~2000, so it’s starting to show its age. The fridge thermostat was broke, which I didn’t realize until I ate some room temp yogurt. Flicking it down a click made it start working, but then when it kicked off, there was a violent thud from the compressor. The bathroom light bulb was bad, and flickered like a disco show until I pulled it out. That seems like something the cleaning staff would notice, but I digress. The couch was a little sunken in. The windows were a little foggy between the panes. The outlets were loose. Side note: They’re building a new Towneplace Suites a couple miles away, so I predict this will be sold off to another franchise by this time next year.
