“Dark Parking lot - slow elevator - nice breakfast”
The reason I selected this hotel is I had a voucher from Hilton for one free night. But the clerk who checked me in had no idea hot to insert this into the system, so I had to stop on my way the next morning. The reason I selected this hotel is I had a voucher from Hilton for one free night. But the clerk who checked me in had no idea hot to insert this into the system, so I had to stop on my way the next morning. This was inconvenient, and took a lot of extra time, but I was told it had to be done before the next evening's stay. The hotel is also very dark in the parking area and at the end of a long street that is full of construction. I was not convinced of my safety due to how dark the parking area was. I did have breakfast and it was pretty good, but not the best. If I return to this ara I will select a different Hilton brand to stay at.

“Just okay”
Room 203 , It needs better clean and update, furniture has dirty spot on it , and bathroom tub is bad. Lani in the front desk is nice and very helpful. Nice breakfast area. No cups, dishes or utensils in the kitchen area in the room. I will try different hotel on my next visit to Indianapolis.

Travel to this area often for business. Location of the hotel is great. Which is why I booked 2 consecutive stays. Room was comfortable, needed a good cleaning, but comfortable. The staff, however, extremely rude. Hateful rude. Both stays! All of them, all the time. Especially the younger woman in the morning. Breakfast was decent, nice hot selection. Wednesday evening reception was pitiful. The staff and the way they treated not just me, but other guests, will be why I never go back.
