Loved that I could check in digitally a day in advance and not have to go thru front desk check-in!!! the digital keys to access parking and all doors were VERY convenient. “Wonderful hotel and Employees”
Excellent location, very friendly staff. Starla, who checked us in was extremely efficient and friendly. The bartender, Craig, was another outstanding employee. He was super friendly and efficient. The only negative thing was the $22 parking for a day, which was pricey for a HGI.

“Fun for the kids.”
Very friendly and helpful staff. We liked the heated pool and hot tubs even in November. Kids appreciated the yard games. Quick walk to ocean, enjoyed taking walks on the cliffs. Room was comfortable. Easy access to snacks and food downstairs.

“Nice but not easy beach access.”
The third floor room facing the pool and ocean was very nice. The hotel is under the take off path of Palomar airport, so seven small jets can be heard, but at night it is quiet.
