“Excellent front desk manager”
When booking, I booked two of my three nights here then added a third with a different room type. I did not want to change rooms and there was no availability to stay. Tracy at the front desk moved mountains and accommodated me by going out of her way and finding a last minute cancelation so I ... more

“Best Staff”
Best front desk staff. Amy at the front desk went above and beyond to make my stay the best. We were staying at the hotel with our swim team and Amy made sure we were all taken care of. Having good staff like Amy makes all the difference in the stay.

“Great value, services, location and staff.”
Wonderful stay. Clean. Efficient. Good value. Excellent location. Amy at the front desk was exceptionally friendly and helpful.when I needed laundry done on short notice, a staff person picked it up for me. I would strongly recommend this hotel.

“Great location, friendly staff”
Very accommodating. Perfect location, walkable distance to multiple restaurants and shops. The 1794 Whiskey Rebellion restaurant is quaint and the food was excellent. Amy and Tracy at the front desk were friendly and helpful. Two thumbs up.

“Great location!”
Everyone was very friendly, especially Amy at the front desk. The room was spacious and well appointed but could use some refreshing. The bed was comfortable and our only complaint was the small bathroom. It really needed the door to open out or, better yet, to be a pocket/sliding door.
