“It was good enough for my flight crew”

Hotel was pretty brand standard. Nothing exciting, but also no glaring issues. Caught the airport shuttle with my flight's crew who had stayed before and had no complaints. The hotel is right next to a walking path along the Bay, and there are a few decent restaurants within walking distance.

This hotel is in a phenomenal location. Very easy access to and from airport and nice walking trails. It feels safe and clean in the surrounding areas. You can easily walk to Milbrae for some good restaurants. The staff here is top notch. Every time I have stayed here they go above and beyond to ensure your stay is memorable. The M-Club is pretty good and open at convenient times unlike some other locations. Huge shout out to Brandon who helped me on the phone when I had 3 separate reservations he tied together. He didn't make me feel silly and made me feel supportive and was so kind. He is a standout employee with phenomenal customer service. He made my questions seem reasonable and solved the issue flawlessly. I hope to meet him live and he is recognized for his superior service. Only area for improvement is the gym which can't accommodate the size of the hotel.

“Perfect hotel if flying to, or from, SFO”

Very nice hotel, perfectly situated for an early SFO flight. There's a very convenient shuttle every 15 mins to- and from-SFO. The hotel is clean, friendly staff and a nice bar/restaurant. “Decent choice with few quibbles”

Check-in was easy & fast. All hotels should be this efficient! The hotel staff members that we encountered were all very friendly, except for one restaurant server who seemed completely uninterested in being there. Carpeted hallways here--ugh; hotels should swap out carpet for easier cleaning & healthier hard floors on which suitcases roll well. Same with rooms--ditch the tough-to-keep-clean carpeting! Our room was large enough & had a coffeemaker, safe, mini fridge, iron & ironing board, but it was very dimly lit. The bed was comfortable and had non-feather pillow options--great for people with allergies! Each nightstand lamp had an outlet--excellent for two people charging devices at bedside! The bathroom had a large shower (only). The water pressure was dreadful but the hot water stayed hot. The towels were on the thinner side but ok. Unfortunately, while sitting on the toilet one could see a substantial line of black mold under the lip of the sink--gross & unhealthy; housekeeping needs to give that a deep cleaning! Phone signal in the room was abysmal, and unless you're a Bonvoy member there's a charge for WiFi. That wasn't an issue for us, but who even charges for that anymore? Get with the 21st century, Marriott! Fun to have cocktails in the bar & watch the planes take off & land; the food there is mediocre, especially for the prices. Outside the hotel is a waking path at water's edge that traverses several hotels--nice way to get in a bit of exercise before a long flight. The free SFO shuttle departs the hotel at multiple times & is a short ride to the airport. Despite the few negative points, I would likely stay here again.
