“Hospitality is alive and well”

“Great stay”
Awesome hotel within walking distance to lots of great local attractions. Their concierge is extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the city. Highly recommend checking out the restaurant downstairs for some excellent swordfish. I will definitely be staying here when I visit Boston.

“Great hotel and staff”
The location was great, the rooms and lounge were clean, and the rooftop bar/restaurant was quite the bonus. The staff were really helpful, in particular, Doneke and Norman, were outstanding -- so helpful and kind. Thank you for a lovely stay!

“Terrible fron desk staff”
The hotel was clean and rooms were comfortable, however, the front desk staff was the worst I have ever dealt with. They had absolutely no knowledge about the transit system and we were going to Gilette Stadium where all the big football games are held. Had no idea how to direct us to get there.... more
