“Great location. Friendly Staff. Good Food. Parking for a fee but worth it.”
Booked this hotel due to its proximity to Boston Children's museum. Walk would have been more enjoyable without the gale force winds we came against but there is no planning for the weather. Booked this hotel due to its proximity to Boston Children's museum. Walk would have been more enjoyable without the gale force winds we came against but there is no planning for the weather. Pool was clean and empty when we arrived. Had breakfast at Aura - buffet was expansive and constantly refilled. Worried we would have to find another parking area after we departed but were allowed to keep the vehicle there until midnight on the day of departure. It cost $55 for valet parking but really was 2 days of parking. Front desk staff were very helpful with directions and offering more water bottles during our stay. Had 2 children, age 9 and 3, who were given unexpected goody bags upon arrival which was a nice surprise. If you are looking for a clean hotel with great location book this one.

“Amazing hotel!!”
We will definitely return here on our next Boston trip! This hotel was amazing! Every staff member was friendly & helpful. The restaurant meals were absolutely delicious. The pool was spotless & a very relaxing temperature. Our room was beyond comfortable as well.

“Fantastic Stay, Great Hotel, Awesome Staff”
The Seaport and their staff are truly amazing. Every stay is better than the last and their hospitality is second to none. The restaurants and service are top notch and the food is delicious. Everyone is so helpful and friendly. Truly recommend and look forward to returning!

“Excellent stay”
Staff is the best in Boston. They are friendly and caring. I was welcomed back without telling them I'd stayed before. Beds are very comfortable. Location is convenient from the airport. Free ride on the Silverline. It's the first stop, so it's quick and easy

“Valentines weekend at the Seaport Hotel”

The staff here are some of the best around! I have travelled alot in life, and this was one of the easiest trips ever. We asked for early check in (which we know isn't always guaranteed) and we were accommodated. We decided to extend our stay another night and we were easily accommodated. We even got to stay in the same room! The hotel is large and clean and modern. The elevators are frequent and fast. The Valet staff are super helpful as well! The only challenge is that the hotel is in a tricky location. Nothing around the hotel was really open. The weather was bad when we visited so walking was not always the easiest and UBER became essential. We would have much rather been able to walk everywhere...and please keep in mind you will have to walk to anything touristy.
