“Awesome hotel!”
The hotel and rooms are lovely and updated (the location was perfect for the things we wanted to see). They have an indoor pool, breakfast is included and valet parking is convenient ($55 a day). The hotel and rooms are lovely and updated (the location was perfect for the things we wanted to see). They have an indoor pool, breakfast is included and valet parking is convenient ($55 a day). Lisa checked us in and she was friendly and amazing! I got a bit lost trying to find the parking area and when I called the hotel for assistance, she was helpful, understanding and kind (Thank you Lisa!). Lisa provided us with a list of local eateries and a sightseeing map which was great! We stayed in room 707, the room is the perfect size for us, the view from the windows faces the highway/the TD Garden (which is fine, since we don’t plan to be in the hotel much anyway). I’m so glad we chose this hotel!

This is a very nice hotel, it is clean, the Staff is friendly and make you feel right at home. The older lady at the front desk was very kind and the gentleman at the breakfast bar was so friendly. Our room was spacious, clean, well equipped, and breakfast was each morning good and had lots of choices. I would highly recommend this hotel in the Boston area, it’s not too far from public transportation and is close to the North End! Very pleasant stay!

Great a great little hotel this is for a short family break. After a long flight we are welcome late at night by the very helpful staff who couldn't have been more helpful. The hotel was lovely a warm and the staff on the front desk were faultless, thank you. A smile goes a long way. Breakfast was plentiful and you could see the staff working there socks off to make the whole meal great. We were sad to leave but will return!!

Wonderful location close to the North End and Bunker Hill neighborhood in Charlestown. Hotel was modern, clean and all staff were pleasant and accommodating. My kids liked the pool, which was clean and very nice. Included breakfast was great, it was very busy but the staff was hustling to keep coffee and breakfast items replenished. Our room had an awesome view of the harbor, Boston Garden, Bunker Hill monument and Boston skyline. Kids were watching the planes land and take off at Logan in the distance. We will be visiting again!

Fantastic hotel at boston waterfront So close to downtown and a short walk to north station for subway Staff so friendly especially dottie at reception and Louis at breakfast He made fresh cookies for us to take to our rooms what a guy aquarium nearby and my grandson loved the children’s museum For a great homemade meal visit the warren tavern great atmosphere and their lobster Mac and cheese is fab Would come back here in a heartbeat there is a pool but it was closed getting refurbished Breakfast has good selection and plenty to choose from and a big shout to Connor housekeeping manager
