“Perfect stay for business”

Spent 4 nights here for a business trip and had an excellent stay. Seamless check in with my rewards status acknowledged along with an room upgrade to the 8th floor. The room was clean and spacious without any extra items needed. Morning breakfast offerings were plentiful and was pleased to see Starbucks coffee offered for free, instead of their standard non-brand brew. Checkout was equally as seamless as they held my bags safely post-check out time, for me to gather as I left the area late morning. Front desk staff was extraordinary and all other staff encountered were pleasant and kind.

“Fenway Fun”
Fantastic location for Fenway and also a short walk to the Longwood area. Lots of good restaurants. Friendly staff and quality facilities. Was there for a family trip and it got the job done and then some. Would recommend for business travel also.

We stayed at Boston Marriott Fenway for 2 nights - came in town for a concert at Fenway Park. So convenient to everything around Fenway. The place was sold out the day we checked in but the front desk gave us a number and text to call to check when our room would be ready. We were alerted by 2:30 the room was ready. Our room was a nice design, abet small bathroom but fine for what we needed. Bed super comfortable. Fenway has alot of construction and per other reviews, my ear plugs were really needed. The construction starts at 7 AM every day. The Terrace bar is great, views excellent. Highly recommend if you are coming into Fenway for either a game or concert - you can't go wrong - A salute to Carla, at Front Desk - and the Valet team, they were exceptional

“Stingy with the Blankets and Comforter”
This place was mostly fine; however, the comforter on the bed was extremely thin, and there was just a thin blanket for our kids on the sofa bed. This was Boston in February and we were cold! We had to ask twice for more of the thin blankets, since the first time we were actually told no.

Best part of the hotel is location - it is about a 3 minute walk from Fenway. lots of restaurants and spots close by for food/drink - like Cask & Flagon and Game On (reviewed separately). Rooms are decent and of the efficiency type with a fridge/microwave/dishwasher. Fair amount of construction nearby/next door and that can get a bit loud. our dishwasher was stuck on and I could not get it to go off at about 9:30pm. very loud. so I tried every number on the phone in the room and got some sales contact. Finally dialed the button that said "emergency" and after 15 rings someone answered. I believe they are likely understaffed as the young man apologized. problem was fixed by engineering but was very frustrating at the end of the night. also we never had any housekeeping while we were there - 3 days. beds remained unmade and nothing was done to our room. guess you have to call in due to COVID in 2024 - LOL. all in all would stay there again but it is definitely an average experience. trade off is not need transportation to get to Fenway.
