“Amazing Stay!”
We loved the hotel because of the history, being the oldest in the city. The customer service was amazing, in all areas. Everyone was very helpful and very courteous. The rooms were very clean and the beds were very conmfortable. The bar had great drinks and amazing food, servers were great!

“An Anniversary getaway!”
Amazing service from start to finish! Wonderful to be immersed in such a historical hotel so close to all old Boston offers. “Nice place For Lunch”
Had to try the old hotel for the lobster bisque and Boston cream pie. Well, the soup was ok. The sandwich serving was very large. The Boston cream pie was ok. Didn't know what to expect as we had never had it before. The food was good and prices reasonable

“Nice hotel, but expensive for the room quality”
The hotel lobby was beautiful and the room was clean and comfortable. This hotel loses a star because the room was small, and could have used some updates/repairs to make it better. For example, the toilet seat in the bathroom had been burned by a curling iron, and the walls needed repainted.
