The location of the Parker House is absolutely fantastic. However, the people who work there far surpasses most places that I have stayed. The room was awesome, the food was excellent, and the staff very attentive to our needs. The lobby was under renovation, but it did not take away from our stay at all. It was professionally handled and did not cause any disruption at all.

Perfect service and location for a family trip to Boston. The service at this hotel is above and beyond. We travelled with a group of 9 in 3 rooms for two nights. Pre-arrival contact ensured the rooms met our needs. Thank you Jacqui! We enjoyed drinks from the Last Hurrah and the staff went out of there to met our special requests (including fruit to take to the baby in the room!). Although the rooms were small, they wrecked comfortable and clean. The options for small fridge and microwave were perfect for our leftovers from Little Italy. Definitely would stay here again. Close to the train and the main attractions.

I was very happy that I was given the room type I ordered online and was located on the alley as requested. The last time I stayed at the Omni Parker House (over a year ago) I was a Platinum Select Guest, my check in was a late hour as noted in my registration, and they had given out all of the rooms of the type I ordered and paid for on the alley. I stopped staying at the Omni Hotel chain for a year because I did not feel appreciated for my Top Tier business I offered after this experience. So, here I was back, and treated well. My room was excellent, everything worked, and was clean. The cleaning staff is wonderful. The coffee shop is great. Wifi worked great. It was a lovely stay. The hotel is under construction which I could hear during the day. There isn't any big grand lobby. They still offer some chairs in a corner. For the pricing offered, I thought it fair.
