“A true luxury hotel”
High level of service - excellent staff. Only stayed one night, but from the moment I pulled up on Boylston, they approached the car, took my bag, opened the door and greeted me at the front desk. Excellent stay. Have tried most of the luxury hotels in Boston, service at MO is the best so far!

“Exceptional property”
I travel a lot and stay at nice hotels. Lately, many of those have disappointed me, but Mandarin Oriental Boston definitely exceeded all expectations. It was my first time at a Mandarin Oriental property, but won't be my last. And I will be back to MO Boston!

“Phenomenal service, and spacious room!”
My stay at the Mandarin Oriental Boston was absolutely amazing. The room was beautiful and spacious. There is no service like what is offered at this hotel in Boston. The location provides an unmatched experience, the service is impeccable and I am truly looking forward to my next stay!

This is my second visit to the Mandarin Hotel and I am rating the hotel four out of a possible five stars. The hotel is one of the most expensive in Boston and I am comparing it to others that are similarly situated. (Both Four Seasons) The location of the hotel is wonderful right in the thick of things. Close to shopping and various historical sites. There are several great restaurants literally across the street and a Gordon Ramsey restaurant accessed through the lobby. The staff at the restaurant were wonderful and the hotel staff were very professional and responsive. There is also access directly into the mall which is great if you like to shop and do not want to do extra walking. The room we stayed in was fine, no real view. I found the hotel “cold”and I am not referring to the outdoor temperature, just very business like. I was traveling with my family and it seems better suited to business people. As an example our child wanted a glass of milk and chocolate chip cookies but the hotel was unable to provide from room service. (They had the milk) I also like to use the gym and it was very small with low ceilings and little light. It also had equipment which took me back to my glory days which unfortunately were the 80’s. All in all the hotel is nice but at this price point I prefer other alternatives.
