“Boston”
Everything about Hotel Commonwealth was wonderful. Staff, Rooms and service were amazing. We did room service and the food was a 10. Close walking distance to everything. Comfy beds. Boston didn't disappoint. We will be back. Fenway is so close!!!

“Favorite place to stay!”
Best staff ever! You always feel welcome and they make sure your visit is perfect. The rooms are always impeccable and you can't beat the location! Walkable to Fenway Park, shopping, and fun dining options. Also a beautiful walk up to Boston Commons. This is my Boston go-to when traveling!

We loved this hotel! Their customer service and attention to detail went above and beyond! We were staying in town for my birthday and I mentioned that in my reservation. The front desk manager left us the most amazing treats and personalized message. So thoughtful! Beautiful hotel (and I am a hotel snob). Very comfy accommodations and views of Fenway. We have stayed at some great hotels in Boston, and this is one of the best! We will be back!

“Reasonably priced, friendliest staff”

Overall, a fabulous experience. Check in and check out were fast and easy. The bed was a perfect firmness. Loved that they have Chromecast on the televisions so we could keep up with our shows. Associates were proactive in anticipating our wants and needs and couldn't have been friendlier! It's clear they are passionate about what they do. There was even an umbrella in the closet, which we had to use. If you're in town to see the Sox or anything happening at Fenway, be sure to stay here! It's only a couple of blocks to walk.

“Good Not Great”
We made a trip to Boston to watch some Red Sox games. This hotel is affiliated with the Red Sox and they do a special room/ticket option which was great. We made a trip to Boston to watch some Red Sox games. This hotel is affiliated with the Red Sox and they do a special room/ticket option which was great. We had a room that faced Fenway Park that was so cool and it takes 2 minutes to walk to Fenway. The emails I sent back and forth with the woman from Common Wealth hotel were handled so professionally and she answered all my questions and helped us get the seats we wanted to the games we wanted. The downside of this hotel: Yes our room faced Fenway but it also faced a busy highway. They did have a noise machine in the room that was a lifesaver. I should have done more research in knowing there was a highway separating Fenway from the hotel. The pictures were a tad deceiving. When we checked in, I was expecting a fancier hotel, I dunno but I wasn’t that impressed. No one to help with bags and check in guy was a bit rude. He didn’t welcome us or really talk to us at all. He just did the check in and handed us 2 water bottles that were refillable. There’s a restaurant kinda sorta attached to the hotel. We didn’t eat at it. But that was the food their room service menu was based on I believe. I did call room service and asked for cutlery one night and no one came. If you’re coming for some games, don’t need anything fancy, this is a great hotel. But for the price we paid and the photos on their website, I was really expecting a lot more.
