“We loved Chris!”
Chris was very sweet and welcoming when my family and I first got to the hotel. I really enjoyed going back to our hotel from visiting colleges to him greeting us. Chris was very sweet and welcoming when my family and I first got to the hotel. I really enjoyed going back to our hotel from visiting colleges to him greeting us. He was also very friendly and we missed him when he took two days off. His warm smile and genuine care made our stay much more enjoyable. Chris truly went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and happy, and it's rare to find such dedication in hospitality.

My stay at AKA Back Bay was wonderful in all respects and the incredible staff is the reason why. I first met Christopher at the entrance as I arrived; he was so friendly and helpful and set a great tone. Not just initially, but every single time i saw him. Heather and Troy at the front desk were just as welcoming and helpful many times. Altimo, Heimie and Deanna made every visit to the restaurant enjoyable, with very thoughtful service. Housekeeping staff was excllent. Deepak, also at the entrance, was always in good humor and ready to assist. I have traveled a lot, and this is the most friendly, thoughtful and capable staff.

“Amazing Stay”
My husband and I stayed at AKA Back Bay for a quick weekend. The hotel is beautiful, inside and out, and in a great location. Our room was clean, spacious, modern, and quiet. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. Definitely recommend staying here!

“A must!”
The comfort, location, staff, modern touch was incredible. My wife and I stayed here and we really enjoyed it. Their accommodation such as weighted blankets, the essential oil diffuser, and food was top of the line. We are big fans! Look no further!

“Perfect location at a great price. Highly Recommend!”
Great location! Walking distance to Newbury Street, Prudential Center and the T. Rooms were a great size and very clean. Staff was friendly and helpful - especially the valets and bellhops. Nespresso machines in every room. Price was reasonable. I will stay here again if I have the chance :)
