“Good”
The experience is really good! And the miss on the desk called Devon really did me a good favor. She introduced the situations around the hotel and gave me some advice about my luggage. I really appreciate her efforts! And I will live here again in my next time.

“First class hospitality.”
The best reception in the hospitality industry I have ever recieved. From the moment we pulled up and were greeted by Mamadou at the door, Taju at the bell service, Eugy, and the lovely Devon at the front desk. All were so genuine, pleasantly conversational and extremely efficient.

“Great staff at Hilton Park Plaza!”
Great check-in experience! Devon at the front desk was professional and accommodating. She found a great room for me and even helped reconcile the bill from a previous stay. She offered a few bottles of water and reminded me about my Hilton Honors benefits. Thanks for the enjoyable stay!

“Best receptionists for checkin and out.”
My stay was very calm and nice. My check in process was the BEST experience ever thanks to Devon, the receptionist. She was very sweet and helpful, she made my stay even better. The room itself was nice and big. The cabinets were little crooked but nog a big deal for me.

“Lobby is the best part of this hotel”
Came for a long weekend. Lobby is gorgeous, but room was so blah. No artwork or anything on the walls and looks very dingy. Bathroom was freezing because the window had a major draft.
