“Excellent customer service , accommodating staff and the hotel is amazing .”
The staff at the hotel were really friend and accommodating. Nothing was too much trouble and their customer service was outstanding . The staff at the hotel were really friend and accommodating. Nothing was too much trouble and their customer service was outstanding . Jorge on reception went above and beyond on several occasions and we were always greeted with a warm welcome. Ladi always gave us a warm welcome after picking us up from the airport and made a great first impression of the hotel . I would highly recommend this hotel and it is a 5 minute walk from the train station with great connections to the centre of Boston .

Was at the hotel for a few days trip. Experience is great! Staffs at the front desk are warm and very helpful. Hotel rooms are clean, quiet, and well layout. They also provide free shuttles to the convention center as well as the airports. Location is close to a railway station, and once I commute back from downtown Boston and feel very convenient. The food service can be better to provide more on site options.

I agree with other reviewers that this hotel could do with a refurb but it’s perfectly good the way it is and everything works. The beds are comfy, the shower is hot and the room was mostly clean. The location is good, in a quiet spot, there is a beach walk just behind the hotel. The metro line is a short walk away to get into downtown. There is a small cafe in the hotel but hit and miss when it was open. The first thing we did was purchase a $22.50 Charlie card for the trains and busses and that got us everywhere we wanted to go during our stay. There are places to eat 1 stop away at Andrew on the metro or the number 8 bus from outside the hotel takes you to south bay mall. Negatives. We had to make our own way from the airport as couldn’t get a response from them (it’s advertised as a free shuttle service) but this was easy. The room was very dusty, clearly not been cleaned properly and the hospitality tray was not properly stocked for our whole trip, I had to go to reception most days for supply’s. The heating is pretty old and noisy Would I stay again? Yes - felt it did the job in a good location.

Comfortable spacious room and quiet so we enjoyed a good nights sleep. The hotel is well away from the city, it’s a cab ride downtown. There is nothing in the vicinity in terms of restaurants, cafes etc it’s a real backwater, so you are reliant on the hotel catering which is pretty awful. Just a cafe serving poor quality snacks and breakfast - even the hotel buffet - was bordering on inedible.
