“This is the way a Marriott property should run!”
Clean, professional, good restaurant, friendly staff, shuttle to the airport. This is a great place to stay when traveling. Great for families. You are kind of landlocked without a car but you can do just fine onsite. Perfect before an early morning flight

Nowadays, it's really rare to meet customer service professionals, especially in the hospitality field, who genuinely care about their guests, customers and just people and not only about meeting their responsibilities. Today, I was reaffirmed of the reputation, professionalism, and credibility of the Courtyard Marriott thanks to two lovely workers covering a night shift at this hotel in the lobby, Italo and Heber. Today, I got my flight unexpectedly moved to the following day, and in panic and desperate for rest, I arrived at the Courtyard Marriott hotel near the airport, and I was pleasantly surprised by how effectively they were able to calm me, provide the available options and excellent service. Thank you, guys, for your deep commitment to service and to ensuring maximal comfort and satisfaction for your guests. Italo and Heber truly deserve a promotion because, thanks to them, now wherever I travel, Courtyard Marriott is going to be my go-to hotel for the trip regardless of the price.

“Convenient to Logan and about 2.5 miles from downtown Boston”
It has a bit of age on it, but certainly nicely appointed. Staff (desk and restaurant) were all very friendly and helpful. The food in the restaurant was good enough for a hotel meal. It has a bit of age on it, but certainly nicely appointed. Staff (desk and restaurant) were all very friendly and helpful. The food in the restaurant was good enough for a hotel meal. The room was clean and well taken care of by housekeeping staff. Would suggest a room on the opposite side of McClellan Hwy due to the road noise. Biggest complaint was the lack of comfort in the bed - and whilst we prefer a firm bed, this one was ultra firm and difficult to get rest. Of note, the commode is pressure assist, and works well - except it is LOUD.
