“Great hotel, great location, great staff.”
The staff were pleasant, welcoming and helpful. The bed was amazing as were the pillows. Slept well despite external noise from street. Great sized room. A great location, what could be better than being next door to a pub. Excellent Internet.

“Brilliant hotel”
Fantastic find of a hotel. Comfy bed and pillows. Complementary coffees to take out and bottled water. The gym was adequate. Yoga mat in the room which I used daily. Complementary toothpaste/ shower cap etc if you needed it. Can’t recommended enough.

This hotel is very well located. The staff were so helpful and friendly. The rooms are not huge but have everything you need including a Nespresso Machine. This hotel is very well located. The staff were so helpful and friendly. The rooms are not huge but have everything you need including a Nespresso Machine. The hotel is very clean.There were water refill stations on every floor.The guest lounge provides free tea and coffee all day long. There is a door from reception into the Elephant and Castle where breakfast was provided every morning . I could not find one single fault with this hotel.

“One night's accommodation during our visit on NHL 4 Nations Face-Off ice hockey tournament. Go FINLAND:)”
Easy access and check-in & check-out process. Comfortable, tidy and quiet room at 10th floor. Also breakfast was good though it was scanty in the English style. On the day of departure, free luggage storage was a plus. We could definitely come here again.
