We stayed here for two nights to attend events at Harvard. The location is great for walking around, restaurants and transportation (the hotel sits on top of the Red Line). The rooms are comfortable and clean. The work area in the room is convenient and there is also a nice sofa arrangement for a little relaxation. Marriott Bonvoy Titanium members get an appetizer and desert at the restaurant as well as continental breakfast. The restaurant staff and hotel staff were all friendly and helpful. If traffic is awful and you want to avoid an Uber from Logan, you can take the Silverline #1 bus to South Station and transfer to the Red Line. It's fairly quick and really effortless.

The AC Hotel Cambridge is beautiful, stylish, and efficient. During my stay I was deeply impressed by the incredible service and helpful staff working there. Krupa at the front desk was absolutely amazing. She helped me find my way around Cambridge, helped me fix my room reservation when an error on my end had put me in a difficult position of almost not having a room for the night, and helped welcome when I first arrived from traveling more than 40 hours with a place to change, store my bags, and decompress before my check in time. Thank you Krupa!!!! I will be back because of your incredible skill, kindness, and professionalism.

The rooms were also excellent - spacious, comfortable, practical, and modern. Enjoyed the seating area, corner windows, mini fridge, and well-designed bathroom. Room service was quick, convenient, and good quality. My only complaints were housekeeping did not come and the elevators weren't great (some seemed out of service and the buttons were a bit iffy). Overall, had a good stay and would consider next time in the area.

Visiting my son who is in school in Boston. First time staying in Cambridge (usually stay in Westin Copley). Arrived via car and unloaded my car. Found the valet who took my car. Note that the EV charger belongs to the garage next door and not the Marriott. Check-in and my titanium membership was recognized. Given a high floor room. Room itself was quite modern, plenty of lighting. Bathroom has a sliding door. Shower pressure was decent. Small fridge and electronic safe in room. Plugs next to bed. No service issues with room. Elevators are not the fastest but we stayed over the weekend so they weren’t that busy. The M lounge is interesting as it is open to the public and basically the restaurant for the hotel. Breakfast was free due to my status. Choice of the buffet or you can order from the menu which I did. Food and service was good, much better than the typical lounge breakfast. We didn’t ride the T but the station is right below. Plenty of coffee shops and restaurants nearby. Bill was emailed to me before check-out so was able to check and did mobile check-out. Called valet and car was waiting. Overall would stay at this Marriott next time I visit my son.

“Horrible elevators. Good room and gym. Parking tips (read on!)”

These elevators are a menace. They are slow, and the call buttons inexplicably turn off--and there are always queues out the elevator lobby just to wait for a car. So many people were aggravated during my stay, and I almost missed my dinner reservations because of this stupidity. Horrible. That said, the room was fine, spacious enough and comfortable. I liked the corner window of our room that overlooked the city, and the desk area was functional. Bathroom amenities of thisworks were decent albeit nothing to write home about. Parking is a challenge given the narrow driveway but the valet parking is pretty quick. Hot tip: the self-park garage next door charges $50 / day for parking (no in-and-out service), while this hotel is $40 / day for valet parking. Go with the valet. Gym is large and has a ton of equipment, plus is open 24/7. Appreciated this for a late-night workout.
