“Excellent”
Helpful staff. Very clean room, lobby, breakfast area. Slept great on a comfortable bed. Hot breakfast every day with a variety of food choices. A little difficult to get in/out of highway. Will clean room every day upon request. My go-to hotel in Boone, NC

“The best staff!”
The staff were so kind, welcoming us as we had come to assist in relief efforts. The hotel was beautiful and comfortable even immediately after having been flooded. We want to especially thank Lori, the night manager, for her fantastic hospitality.

We were at Graystone during Hurricane Helene and the hotel staff handled this like pros!!
