“Above and beyond receptionist”
The receptionist called kemeka or kimika was the best ever kind and doing above and beyond work i have ever experience in my 32 years traveling for work. Very committed, responsible and knowledgeable and kind. Explained all amenities at the hotel. Made me feel at home.

“Overall fine”
Hopping on here to give Lynn a shout out! My Fiancé and I got to our first room and it was about 80 degrees and didn’t cool down over night. Lynn was super helpful getting our room changed right away the next morning at the end of what was I’m sure a long night shift and was very kind.
