Comfy, new-looking bed, great pillows. Quiet, considering it's so close to the airport. Shuttle to the MOA and a few restaurants. Small pool, but the water was nice & warm, which is not a given at all hotels, not even in November. No hot tub. The breakfast had nice options, but seating space is very limited, so you might need to take it back to your room or be flexible about when you eat. We only stayed one night, but it was very comfortable, & we'd stay there again. The only thing we'd change for next time is we'd definitely bring our own body soap, shampoo & conditioner. The ones offered by the hotel were harsh & dried out our skin, made our hair feel rough & it frizzed. Also, be aware that they do charge for parking, which I didn't know when we booked, and, there was no opportunity to cancel at any time after booking without losing your entire pre-paid stay fee.

If you're flying in and need a quick, easy, clean, no-frills stay, this is it. If you like the experience of staying in a hotel, eating in a hotel restaurant or lingering over free breakfast, or chatting up other hotel guests at the bar -- this is NOT the place to stay. We stayed here with kids (13 &9) for a trip to Mall of America. We called Hyatt directly to book because we wanted to ensure we had connecting rooms. We waited 40 minutes on hold while Hyatt corporate tried to convince the local hotel manager to make our reservation (he refused). We have a corporate case file with Hyatt and have followed up -- it is corporate policy for kids under 12 to have connecting rooms with the adults in their party. Check-in was terribly disorganized -- 3pm check-in was apparently shift change time, and both front desk employees were obviously new. It took a while, even though I am a Hyatt member and already had digital check-in done. I just needed physical copies of the keys since we had 2 rooms. Our rooms were spacious and clean, altho the airport noise at night was loud and there were very loud families staying on our floor. Hotel breakfast was hot but VERY crowded -- there was no place to sit, an entire hockey team was staying at the hotel. I don't know why they didn't open a meeting room for them to have their breakfast. We ate there one morning but skipped the rest. The lobby is a wonderful place to hang out if you plan to Doordash food or have your own beverages (we did both). The hotel restaurant and bar listed online are way oversold -- the poor front desk employees run the food service and the bar. The bar is mainly whatever sugary mixed drink they can pour out of a can. Incredibly disappointing. The pool is large but chilly and loud if there are a lot of families in there. No hot tub. And you do have to pay for daily parking, but we are from Chicago and are used to that so that didn't rub us the wrong way -- we did know ahead of time, saw it on the website. If we go back to Bloomington, we'll be paying for 2 rooms elsewhere where we can actually enjoy amenities.

“Not up to par”

Breakfast and dining area was tiny, lacked adequate seating and tables. Overcrowded with people standing & eating, looking for place to sit. Chairs were too low. Fabric sofa in room smelled like a boy's gym locker room. Couldn't sit on it. Shuttle was great for airport and the mall.
