Mack was an amazing young man. He checked us quickly, got everything we needed or pointed us in the right direction and was always smiling, helpful and polite. The only bad note was you pay $8 for breakfast and it was not edible. They said you could request a fresh made to order breakfast sandwich but tge girl in tge kitchen did not speak english. The biscuits were hard as a rock, sausage gravy empty, scrambled eggs were brown...it was not good at all. We had to go eat after we attempted to have breakfast here :(

“Ok stay!”

This is an okay property as it is low cost. We did find the bed more comfortable than the Towne Suites where we stayed the night before. They DON'T charge for parking which many hotels in the area do charge for parking. The property is a bit old. The rooms need to be updated.

I requested to check out at 10 am, but I forgot to return my key to the hotel before I left. I called the hotel at 10:30am and spoke to the front desk person. I requested to check out at 10 am, but I forgot to return my key to the hotel before I left. I called the hotel at 10:30am and spoke to the front desk person. I stated I am at work I will bring my key when I get off at 3pm. Can you please check me out of my room? The nice lady said she would check me out of my room. We checked out of the hotel early because of Emergency. The hotel knew the reason behind the emergency. I return to the hotel at 2:30pm. The front desk lady remembered my call and said she was so busy she forgot to check me out she would do this right now. Then Kareem stated no, we could not check out we need to pay for the two day we had left. The lady told him, the BCA stated they need to check out my room. He stated NO! That is our money. I can careless what the BCA said. The front desk called the manager to get help checking me out. The Manager told her because I was bringing the key back after 2pm. I need to pay for the rest of the day. I said OKAY. Kareem took my key and the lady said she would check me out in the morning. I called my department. They told me if they took your room key, get it, and stay in the room for the night. I picked up a new set of keys, and I came back to the Hotel. Two of my co-workers were at the front desk. I was standing right behind them. Why Kareem was watching the game with some female friend of his. My co-worker was asking me if we were going to get some help. I said I guess not. So, one coworker starts raising his voice to get Kareem attention. Then he came over to the desk. My co-worker asked him to set up an airport shuttle for tomorrow morning. after Kareem set up the shuttle. Another customer walked in, and he helped her with a lost key. He saw me standing there waiting for him to speak to me. I then firmly asked for some coffee for my room and clean sheet because they did not clean the room. He gave me coffee, but no clean sheet. He stated he will bring it up. It was 2 hours later, never got sheet, he was watching the tv, it was almost 11PM. I attached the photo of your staff Kareem, working hard at his job LOL PS: it now 11:03pm no clean sheet. the night staff David said, he does not have key to the laundry room. no clean sheets in a dirty room, we thank David for trying to help
