“From Mediocre to Amazing”
The hotel was a nightmare to get to with the construction. I was frazzled when I came in. Cindy at the front desk is amazing. The hotel was a nightmare to get to with the construction. I was frazzled when I came in. Cindy at the front desk is amazing. She told me everything about the hotel breakfast etc. She told me some great places to eat and went above and beyond. I didnt have a clue as to where I was going I asked Cindy she printed me off maps addresses and phone numbers of places I needed to go while I was here. She always had a smile and helped me get settled in my room with the TV and such. Unfortunately I didnt find the same awesomeness in some of the other staff. Julie at the desk was very rude I had asked her for some extra towels and she told me I had to bring the old ones down before I could get new ones, when I asked for a trash bag she gave me one and told me to bring my trash to desk and she would show me what to do with it. I tried to ask her about places around here to eat shop etc. She gave me a book and I felt as if she blew me off, and Jesse didnt know anything about anything. The housekeeper I asked for extra towels didnt even acknowledge me, I later found out he was of Mexican desent and didnt understand english. Cindy took excellent care of us. She went above and beyond. The hotel was old and it was just mediocre, but Cindy made it like a breath of fresh air. I wish all customer service was like hers. Anyway we will indeed be coming back and thats all because of Cindy. Hey Quality Inn dont let that one get away.

“Great”
Everything was nice. The breakfast was amazing. The bed comfy. Cindy at the front desk went above and beyond to make are stay the best. The only thing I would say is a problem is getting in and out of hotel. Lots of construction. But that's no fault of hotel

The front desk person, Angela, was exceedingly kind and welcoming. You got the feeling she would have done anything to help make your stay more enjoyable. “Friendly staff”
Great quality inn. Friendly staff, especially Angela. Good breakfast. Very clean. Room was nice. Tv works well. Easy to get to and good parking. Katia at the front desk was also friendly. I would stay here again. Bloomington is a great little town.

“Good price, clean rooms”
Good hotel, very good breakfast for the price, old rooms but clean. Shower working well, Only thing, old hotel and you hear everything in the corridor but its not that bad. Excellent place to stay for 1 night. The staff is courtouos. I will go back there again.
