SERVICE: 5 out of 5 From the valet who remembered my name, to the front door man to the bellmen to check-in where they greeted me with a friendly hello (again by name:) , to the efficient concierge who arranged for the house car to take me to Spago for dinner, to the housekeepers who did evening turn down and morning make up right on time and remembered exactly how I like things; to hostess and waitstaff at the Belvedere EVERYONE gave attentive, well-mannered, exemplary service. Special Kudos to General Manager Mr. Offer Nissenbaum, who not only keeps loyal staff year after year (a real rarity nowadays); but who very clearly imbues his entire front of house staff with his vision of what makes a hotel wonderful not just in words -- but in consistent actions. ACCOMMODATION - SUPERIOR SUITE: 5 out of 5 Has everything a guest could ever want in a stay. Lots of light from the various windows and french doors leading out to the balcony. Incredibly comfortable bed with pristine linens and sleeping pillows, writing desk with a lovely white orchid and a nice handwritten welcome note from the General Manager, table for room service, sofa and coffee table with a basket of fresh fruit; The marble bathroom had good water flow in the shower, separate tub and at the sink; soft, absorbent bath towels, nicely sized soap, good lighting, a make-up mirror, and a hidden niche for a top of the line heated toilet with automatic lid lifting/closing & flush FOOD: 5 out of 5 Belvedere dining was excellent at breakfast and lunch. Love the pretty formality of the room, combined with the excellent and welcoming service. High quality ingredients, generous portions, beautifully plated and everything was delicious. Afternoon tea was totally full, and I had forgotten to make an advance reservation. Next time! Their formal afternoon tea is a splendid treat. CONCLUSION: Everything you could wish for, in every aspect of a 5 star hotel. Asked to compare it to the others in town, easily hands down would rather stay here than anywhere else in Beverly Hills. Highly recommend, and already looking forward to my next stay!

I don’t usually stay with brands outside of the Accor Group, as I am a loyal customer to their brand but after receiving a voucher from a colleague to the Peninsula Beverly Hills I decided to give it a shot and I was delightfully surprised. Right from the start the PBH has impeccable service over the phone and email in preparing for your arrival, they handled the planning smoothly and professionally. The concierge team is incredibly helpful in making reservations outside the property and handled the complimentary house car service with ease. The valet team was efficient and very careful with our vehicle. The property was stunning, we enjoyed our time at the hotel by taking advantage of afternoon tea service, the extensive spa on site, and the gorgeous pool with poolside service. We were treated like royalty during our stay and I would expect nothing less from a brand like the Peninsula. I would like to personally thank Jim, Thalia, and the entire PBH team for their tremendous hospitality. I will certainly return.

I don't want to sound like on of those reviewers who says they've been to a lot of amazing resorts, but this was the best, but its actually true! The Peninsula Beverly Hills is the best. It's that simple. It's the best hotel I've ever stayed at and it may possibly be the best in the United States. I had the great privilege of staying at the Peninsula Beverly Hills for a work conference. I extended my stay and brought my wife and 1.5 year old daughter along for the experience. From the moment we walked in, until the moment we left, every person working at this establishment made us feel like we were the most important guest to have ever visited. The stay begins with ample bellmen waiting and willing to assist bit luggage. Within seconds, everything was out of the car, loaded onto cars, and we were provided water bottles. Check-in was flawless as they were expecting our arrival. We arrived around 1:30pm and our room was ready. We were guided to our room by a lovely employee who provided us information about the hotel and offered to help hold anything we wanted. Upon entering the room, which was just stunning, we had monogrammed pillow cases with all of our initials. They even went so far to provide a doll for my daughter with her name on it. The room also had crib, diaper pail, changing station, large empty refrigerator, and tons of baby supplies. The rooms are elegant, classy, but modern. The best was beyond comfortable and the shades allow for pure darkness. We loved going to the pool deck. The pool is the perfect size and the service up top couldn't have been better. I hope that I get another opportunity to stay here because this truly is the best hotel!

Location and elegance are the key points to this hotel. The location is ideal only minutes away from Rodeo Drive, lots of shops and restaurants to choose from. The hotel is very elegant from the lobby to the rooms and the rooftop. The food at the Belvedere, the rooftop and room service is amazing. The staff really makes the experience perfect with very polite, helpful and welcoming staff from valet to housekeeping. We really enjoyed our stay and will be our hotel whenever we are in Los Angeles.
