My wife and I were on a 2 week business/pleasure trip. The first week was a motorcycle trip going east from here. The the second was for business. This was night 2 on our motorcycle trip. There is so much positive about this place. The staff is first class (the gentleman at the at the front could not have been more accommodating). The rooms were large, comfortable and very clean. We did have one substantial problem that the hotel needs to address. There is paid parking is across the street in a city parking garage. We were told to park in the garage. As we pulled in a person across the street flagged up down and told us motorcycle are not allowed in the garage. I looked and there was a sign that said "No Motorcycles". I informed the staff at the desk. Then didn't know. They ended up giving us a note to put on our bikes and had us park next to the dumpsters out back. Is was a solution but not a great one. In my opinion, the motel manager needs to contact the parking garage owner and work out a deal where they allow hotel patrons part in the garage. (The motel collects the parking fee so there is no worry about a motorcycle rider skipping out.)

Our stay was great and I have since recommended this hotel to two others. The beds were comfy, the rooms were spacious and the breakfast was so good with a lot of variety! However the one thing that was disappointing is that you have to pay for parking. I have never gone to a hotel where I needed to pay extra for parking, if it was valet sure I understand that but to have to park my car across the street in a public setting and then pay for it seems odd. Would have been nice to have the parking complimentary when I am paying close to $250 to stay from 6pm to 9am.

“Nice Hotel - Great Staff!”

We booked our room for the Celtic Classic and it was our first time staying in Bethlehem. We were greeted by Heather who was just simply great! She went through the check in process quickly and efficiently, answered all of my questions and was incredibly patient and so nice. The room was pretty nice with the exception of our window looking out to the alley but I wasn't really there for the view so no worries there. The room was comfortable and had what we needed. We did come down that first evening and had a couple of drinks and some food (prepared by Heather) at the hotel bar and met Pam. She was also incredibly nice...as was Victor and another lady whose name I didn't get unfortunately. They made you feel like you made a friend so thank you for that!!! The staff from the front desk to the nice lady that takes care of the breakfast items and keeps the coffee flowing each morning and the housekeeping staff were outstanding! To me, aside from the room, the staff makes for a very pleasant stay. The only critique is the bar and restaurant. It would be great if there was a "true" hotel bar and food. I felt bad that someone from the front desk had to stop what they were doing to prepare the food for us (it was okay). I also was kind of disappointed that I had to stream the football game on my phone as it wasn't available at the hotel bar. (Thursday Night football) The $3 candy bars, crackers, etc., I thought was kind of out-of-control price wise. Outside of that, we had a great stay. Shops and restaurants were close by and all within walking distance and it was great that we only had to park the car and never had to take it out again until we were leaving. When our travels bring us back to Bethlehem I will book a room there again. Thanks so much for an enjoyable stay~
