“Great location, great staff, hotel needs updating”
Towels are worn, hotel is tired, needs updating. Staff and location are wonderful. Breakfast is good for grab and go. We had a wonderful time visiting, the hotel was great for grabbing an afternoon nap. It was quiet and comfortable. Would come back for another try.

“Comfortable and convenient stay!”
Husband and I first visit to Saugatuck area. Great location, good coffee bar, friendly staff, convenient parking, continental style breakfast. Many restaurant choices close by. Good value. In need of new towels and taller toilet. Over all clean, safe and comfortable.

“Basic but clean and well located”
It's a Best Western, folks -- so you're not getting fancy. It's as basic as can be, but staying in Saugatuck is pricey, and since the trip wasn't about being outside as much as possible, we opted for the BW in town. I've stayed at other Best Western's and been totally pleased with the accommodations and amenities. However, this one I would only rate as average. “If noise is your thing, stay here.”
The walls in this motel are not even close to being able to dampen sound. We were on the first floor and we could hear loud walking around above us, babies crying on one side and a family yelling on the other. I've never been in such a noisy hotel anywhere.
