“BEST WESTERN IN FLORENCE IS THEE BEST PERIOD !!!!”
Jamie Eve Lyn and kevin all deserve raises !!!! 😊 they have thee best service with a smile and I always pick this hotel out of all of the ones in Florence because of these 4 AMAZING PEOPLE AND THE CUSTOM MADE OMELETTES ARE THEE BEST ON THE COAST ALSO !!!! “OUTSTANDING customer service!”
I love this little town and this hotel. I have stayed her about 3-4 times now. It overlooks the river and the town is so cute and safe. They do a really great breakfast and omlette station. The breakfast ends at 10:00 and I strolled in at 9:55 and the sweet gal had almost everything packed up.… more
I love this little town and this hotel. I have stayed her about 3-4 times now. It overlooks the river and the town is so cute and safe. They do a really great breakfast and omlette station. The breakfast ends at 10:00 and I strolled in at 9:55 and the sweet gal had almost everything packed up. But she was so sweet and gave me the nicest greeting and made me feel so welcome and told me she would be happy to make me an omlette. Then someone else walked out of the back and she was so friendly and kind and greeted me with a huge smile and a very outgoing welcome. They both made me so happy on a Monday morning. Many employees would have turned me away and I would have understood. They both offered me french toast and coffee and a yogurt parfait. Jamie and Lynn were perfect. My omlette was DELICIOUS! At 10:02 another couple walked in and were so disappointed that they missed breakfast but Jamie and Lynn would not hear of it! Again, they greeted them with a loud and fun welcome and got to fixing their breakfast. These ladies are stars and they are delivering a great product but more importantly following through on every promise. Well done ladies and keep up the good work. “Good breakfast, Great breakfast staff!”
The beds here are comfortable, and we never heard our neighbors. The breakfast here is great! All of the morning staff, Jaime, Eve, Lyn, and Kevin were all chipper and friendly, and a great upbeat morning group! We have stayed here before, and will definitely stay again.

“Love this hotel!”
This Best Western is absolutely wonderful! The room was nice and had a beautiful river view. We knew the hotel did not have an elevator, so we were able to get a room on the parking lot level. Many of those rooms have a couple of steps, but our room (234) had a ramp. Perfect! The front desk cl… more
This Best Western is absolutely wonderful! The room was nice and had a beautiful river view. We knew the hotel did not have an elevator, so we were able to get a room on the parking lot level. Many of those rooms have a couple of steps, but our room (234) had a ramp. Perfect! The front desk clerk (Lorenzo) even offered to help us with our luggage if we needed. The breakfast is a treat, complete with an omelet station. The breakfast staff is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast room also has a beautiful view!

This place is a mixed bag. Nice tucked away location with private balconies that have views of the town and river, good beds, very helpful staff, great breakfast options, including made to order omelets, waffles, and steel cut oatmeal with all the fixings. On the flip side, none of the lamp base power plugs or usb-s worked well. The property is older and has nothing but stairs to everywhere—three flights to anywhere—including vending machines and the pool and hot tub—so those features are denied to the mobility challenged. They need to add an elevator. If you have mobility issues there are only two rooms that they will reserve for you and the one we had, 235, has a toilet so low that even a person without mobility issues had trouble getting on and off it. They provided a shower chair and the bath had a handheld shower, which was great, but the shower area was curiously lacking a vertical grab bar for standing entry and the tub rise was even higher than mine at home, so word to the wise for those with knee or hip or back issues.
