My wife and I were visiting the Walmart home office, and the hotel didn't disappoint. Only 2 drawback, only 1 elevator working and the heat in the room didn't work. Maintenance came within the hour and corrected problem. The suite was spacious and very comfortable, will definitely stay here again if we visit again. The breakfast was A+, made to order omelettes. Over all 4 1/2 stars.

My experience at the establishment was truly remarkable. Upon arrival, I was excited to settle into my room, but unfortunately, I encountered several issues that prompted me to request a change. The initial accommodation fell short of my expectations, and the discomfort it caused was a bit disappointing. However, once I moved to a different room, my experience dramatically improved. The new space was comfortable and well-appointed, allowing me to relax and fully enjoy my stay. Aside from this initial hiccup, all other aspects of my visit—such as the service, amenities, and ambiance—were exceptional and made for a memorable experience overall.

We spent the weekend at Embassy Suites in NW Arkansas, not for a Razorback game, but to see my musical hero/icon/legend Nile Rodgers and CHIC, along with Billy Idol. Nile Rodgers has been on my bucket list, so it did not matter that we had to travel from Hawaii all the way to Arkansas via Dallas, (a 5.5 hr drive each way) then fly back the next day after the concert. I chose this place because the hotel is right across the street from the Walmart Ampitheater (Walmart AMP) and walking distance. Keep reading toward the end for a BIG SURPRISE. SERVICE: Mariah was at the front desk checking us in, and she was from Hawaii! Very nice girl. We got texts daily asking how they were doing. Housekeeping came by really late, like after 3:30 PM after we got back to our room from sight-seeing so we turned down the service as we still had nice fluffy towels. THE ROOM: The 2-room corner suite was really nice and spacious and clean. It came with a bar, microwave, fridge, full sized mirror, two queen beds, a chaise lounge, TVs in both rooms - and a cracked window in the anteroom which was taped with green masking tape. The bedroom faced the interstate, which was noisy through the walls. I could hear the cars/trucks speeding by, but I was tired so it was more like white noise. The A/C was loud, but at least it worked. Didn't really hear any neighboring room noises. BED: a bit soft, but clean and comfy. Pillows didn't smell like BO, like most places I've been. PERKS: free hot breakfast every morning, different fruits. Fresh Omelet station. Lots of choices. Coffee was strong and good. Very good. Lots of seating, even in the bar area in the morning. One of the best free morning breakfasts in any hotel I've ever been in. PARKING: $10 a day extra for hotel guests. Lots of open spaces. Embassy managed to keep the concert parkers out on the day of the concert. BIG SURPRISE: I got to meet Nile Rodgers!!! He was trying to get breakfast when I interrupted him. His plate was still empty but he graciously agreed to take a photo with me. I also went back after 30 minutes and we casually waved at him and he called us over to his group. He threw his arm over my shoulder and gave me a hug, he held my hand in another photo. He was one of the nicest celebrities I've ever met - very humble and genuinely friendly. I was over the top dying inside!!! The man I came to see was staying at the Embassy Suites! It's no surprise that musical celebrities may be staying here, especially if they are playing at the Walmart AMP, as it's right across the street and convenient. So if you want to see your favorite musician at the AMP, book a room at the Embassy Suites and you may get lucky!!

“No Airport Transportation, no backing what receptionist had told me”

I had called before making the reservation just to make sure. I asked if there was airport transportation, I was told by reception, yes. Well when I arrived I was told no and I had to pay for a taxi. I was not happy. Very nice room. Lots of space. Clean and slept very well. Needs a little update… more

I had called before making the reservation just to make sure. I asked if there was airport transportation, I was told by reception, yes. Well when I arrived I was told no and I had to pay for a taxi. I was not happy. Very nice room. Lots of space. Clean and slept very well. Needs a little updates as couch was broken down, but other then that very comfortable. Now I do need to say the breakfast was excellent. I mean for a hotel it was very fresh, clean and just nice all around.
