This is my first review of an airport hotel and I was positively impressed enough to do so. My experience suggests that this is a well run, clean quiet facility next door to Midway airport. The occasional airline departure and landing noise was more modest and tolerable than I expected. Room (505) was spacious with a microwave, small frig and Keurig machine. A dining area with a bar is a helpful service, and a couple of restaurants (Friday’s and some locals) are at the end of the nearby parking lot. Bottom line: I would return and I do recommend to road warriors with high standards but no desire to throw $500 per night for a place to rest.

Clean, comfortable room, very quiet. Great breakfast buffet, hostess was extremely nice, very attentive. Clean, comfortable room, very quiet. Great breakfast buffet, hostess was extremely nice, very attentive. Paid for a room that included breakfast, figured out after check out that we should have been given vouchers. Asked breakfast attendant but she didn't mention anything. Figured out after check out what should have happened. Still working on a refund, even though i called the front desk immediatelyafter receivingthe receipt. Shuttles to MDW are great for catching Brown Line (the L). Plenty of good food choices within a 5min walk. Plenty of nearby hotel choices if you need to meet up with family/ friends/colleagues.

We were unable to catch a connecting flight and contacted this hotel. Josh answered the phone, secured a room for us and even told us exactly where to go in the airport to catch the hotel shuttle. When we got to the hotel, even though the restaurant was closed at 10 pm, he gave us directions to a nearby restaurant. Josh was helpful and reassuring during a day that was a mess! The room was clean and comfortable.

“Rooms not ready at check in”
got confirm room ready at 1:00 pm est,arrived at 10:00 pm Chicago time,an hour behind us.after working all day. we were extremely tired when arrived and room was not ready. Beds not made up at all.had to go back down to desk and change rooms. Very frustrating. Asked for room service next day and they did not make up beds or freshen towels. Again frustrating especially as a gold member and a team member. Shatara in am was very helpful with us the most. She is amazing.
