“Excellent Service with Excellent Customer Service by Wanda”
We have stayed at Holiday Inn South Baton Rouge since June, 2022 while we lived in 2 different states. Wanda was one of the first people we met at the front desk and we immediately connected. She has been so accommodating, and so pleasant. We always looked forward to seeing her with each visit

“Awesome”
Awesome hotel. Ms Wanda was really nice. I forgot the managers name but she was a huge help. But the standouts to me were most certainly Jerry and Ryetta. “Simply the best”
Jerry at the front desk was super warm and friendly. He is what “southern hospitality” is about. My room was very clean and comfortable. I didnt see any dirt or dust. I was able to control the air to my liking. The bathroom was spotless. When i called the front for towels, they came quickly.

“Excellent customer service! ”
We hold a 4 day event twice yearly. I can’t speak highly enough of Janet-GM, Vu and all of the staff. They continue to go above and beyond to meet the needs of our event and our patrons. We look forward to returning.

“Definitely recommend”
The lobby has been renovated and looks very nice. The beds and pillows are very comfortable. The room was very clean and neat. The restaurant serves breakfast and dinner with a nice selection of salads, appetizers and meals. Definitely recommend for the Baton Rouge area.
