Previously visited for our anniversary and absolutely loved it! Wonderful comfort, clean, well appointed. Love the on-site dining options. Phenomenal pool area and cocktails. Loved our stay. Loved Bourbon as well. Yummy breakfast. Beautiful grounds.

This resort was a nice experience for my family and friends. This place is perfect for the summer experience with many fun experiences that will be memories you'll never forget especially if you go with family and friends. Also has a very expectational water park that appeals to both adults and children as they have many fun rides that you go on with family and friends. They also have expectational places where you can relax by their nice pools. The service was not exactly exceptional but still nice they just weren't able to attend many people. The accommodation and rooms were nice their were different buildings for nicer rooms. My family got the suite so it was quite a nice room and was able to sleep decently. One thing is their is not much to do in the night mainly go there for the activities you can do in the day light like also their golf courses. Overall a nice experience that you should try but also consider some of the other things like their service and prices.

I am writing to express my disappointment with the service my group and I experienced during our recent visit to your establishment. I understand that managing a hotel and water park operation of your size can be challenging, but our experience fell far below reasonable expectations. We initially tried to place a drink order but, unfortunately, had to speak to four different staff members without success. It wasn’t until I requested to speak with a manager that our order was finally taken. I’d like to commend the manager for their professionalism in resolving this issue, as they apologized and promptly placed the drink order for us. However, the experience continued to decline when we ordered food. We waited nearly 50 minutes before receiving our order. When we brought up the delay with the waitress—who had also been absent when we attempted to order drinks—she responded in an unprofessional and rude manner, dismissing our concerns by stating it hadn’t been that long since we placed the order. When the food finally arrived, it was cold to the touch. Thankfully, another staff member quickly remedied the situation by bringing us hot, fresh food. While the intervention of both the manager and the other staff member is appreciated, the overall service was unacceptable. I hope that you will take steps to ensure that future guests do not encounter similar issues, as we were left feeling very disappointed by the experience.
