“Great location and great staff”
I was pleased with the room, nice and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The only thing I would change is the listing for breakfast, it shows available, it should say available for purchase. The website lead me to believe that the breakfast was complementary.

“Business trip”
Everything was great except that the room was very humid and when the air conditioning was turned on there was a lot of condensation everywhere.

“Affordable and great location”
Clean rooms, comfortable beds. Hotel is slightly outdated- however, given the price and location close to Austin centre, it is fantastic

“No hot water!”
The main reason for my low rating was the lack of hot water! Saturday night, the water was warm (not hot), but Sunday morning it never got warm enough for a shower! We had to clean up using a washcloth as it was too cold to stand in the shower!
