“Satisfied”
I ussally don’t have good experiences in Austin with hotels/motels but haydy made things easy! She was professional, nice, and didn’t rush me when I needed time to get my license plate! I will be coming here when I’m back in Austin! Customer service here can’t be beat!

Thank you for all this hotel provides the staff here is awesome in everything they do even the house keeper's they keep our room clean and gives us clean towels and linen.

“Freindly Staff , Good price”
The front desk clerk Haydy was freindly, fast, and efficient , the room is spacious and clean, everything works like it should and there are plenty of towels soaps and wash-rags .
