“Excellent stay”
Clean and spacious rooms. Good experience with family. Courteous staff. Good service. I encourage others to stay at this nice hotel. Budget stay. Sightseeing places at a nearby distance.we spent one night here to roam around Austin places.

My favorite place to stay in Austin. Why? Because their rooms are clean. Their beds are super comfortable. All of their outlets for chargers work. Their check-in is very efficient. Their people are super nice! Their ice machines work. Their hot breakfast is attended by an efficient and antended person. It's just a great place to stay in Austin. It's just North of downtown... an Uber into downtown will cost you less than $12 on a typical night. They are right next to some road construction right now which makes the turn-in challenging but not a big issue -- Uber drivers never had a problem. You could stay at a big chain for twice the price, but you will not have a better stay. I will stay here every time I am staying in Austin. It should be your top choice in Austin for places to stay! It's my only choice when I'm in Austin!

“Decent for the price”
The hotel was decent for the price and convenience. However, I think they should prioritize cleaning the sheets and blankets properly. My linens did not smell fresh at all and there was hair left in the tub. I cleaned the tub, sink, and toilet before using them.

“Seemingly clean everything.”
Clean rooms, cold air conditioning, three stories, gym, free breakfast and a pool. Non smoking. Fairly good experience overall. I would have stayed longer but they don't offer monthly discounts for longer stays . Asked to have a first floor room and the obliged

This time we stayed for 5 nights in a room on the first floor, and it was annoying that the people staying next to us were loud and noisy until late at night. Also, the smell of air freshener in the hallway on the first floor is too strong. When you walk by the creek next door, there is a strong smell of something rotten. The breakfast was the same for all 5 days and I wish they would have changed the menu every couple of days. All the employees working at the OrangeWood were friendly and very helpful. :-)
